Industrial disposals and acquisitions Properties ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 380,000 sq ft and, in respect of land, from small sites of 1-2 acres to 936 acres for Hargreaves Land at St Ninians in Fife. Other clients include Schuh, Scotmid, Esson Properties, Muir Group, Aberdeen Standard, J. Smart & Co (Contractors) plc, Logicor, CalaChem, Fife Group and Michelin Scotland Innovation Park (MSIP).

Motor Trade Property transactions, forward disposals and site acquisitions, including the new Mercedes, Porsche and Jaguar/Land Rover facilities at Newcraighall in south east Edinburgh on behalf of South Yorkshire Pension Authority/Aberdeen Standard.

Development Actively involved in the industrial development market for design and build opportunities and also speculative schemes including 7 Hills Business Park in Edinburgh which is the largest speculative development to take place in East Central Scotland for over 10 years. Also assisting J. Smart & Co (Contractors) plc in respect of a number of their developments including Inchwood Business Park in Bathgate, a successful estate with tenants including Screwfix, Howdens, Tool Station, Rexel and The Paint Shed.
