Cadworks, West Campbell Street, Glasgow Development advice and letting agent for the 94,430 sq ft Grade A Cadworks office development due to complete Q3 2021. The building has been designed with a focus on high environmental, social and economic sustainability.

3 Atlantic Quay, Glasgow Let 79,500 sq ft Atlantic Quay 3 building to Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service on a long term lease following a multi-million pound refurbishment of the building and shortly thereafter also let 85,000 sq ft at Atlantic Square 1 to the Department for Work and Pensions.

2 Atlantic Square, Glasgow Letting agent for this 97,000 sq ft new office development with completion in August 2021. The development offers large floorplates with a strong focus on occupier amenity and benefits from an extensive external public realm area.
