Dan is a Chartered Surveyor, Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Partner in Ryden's Leeds Building Consultancy team.
He has developed extensive expertise in contract administration, pre-acquisition surveys and building pathology matters. With a particular interest in dilapidations disputes, Dan represents both landlords and tenants and has served as an expert witness, having been cross-examined in court.
Dan is known for his technical ability, personable nature and excellent communication skills which have earned him a reputation as trusted advisor among clients.

Dilapidations - Heathrow, London Acting on behalf of a tenant client, defended and reduced a landlord’s six-figure dilapidations claim by more than 40%.
Contract administration - Bradford, West Yorkshire Specified, tendered and managed a £1m refurbishment of a multi-let industrial estate including roofing overclad works.
