Conducted a strategic review of office requirements for architectural practice BDP and a meticulous market search. Identified office space that delivered on their criteria of sustainability, beautiful architecture and a good location in Glasgow city centre. The Grosvenor Building was originally designed by one of Glasgow’s most celebrated architects Alexander ‘Greek’ Thomson. The refurbishment of the space for modern occupiers secures its preservation.
