Description

Queens Quay is a 23 hectare waterside regeneration development providing a business and living quarter on the site of a former shipyard in Clydebank. The development required remediation work for the road instrastructure and public spaces.

Outcome

Delivered Scotland's first major District Heating System which extracts energy for the river basin.

The development includes a new care home and health centre as well as residential, commercial and retail space.
