MCS purchased the medical centre, which had previously been owned by the GPs, on a sale and leaseback agreement and instigated a comprehensive refurbishment programme. They employed Ryden to lead the £373,000 design and refurbishment contract.

We completed the pre-acquisition building survey and then designed and project managed the refurbishment of the property to generally improve the condition of the asset and bring the clinical areas and energy elements up to the current standards, as part of the sale and leaseback deal.
