Description

Advised on the acquisition of three adjoining derelict industrial units in Midlothian. Worked with the developer on planning the refurbishment and subdivision of the units to create modern industrial space demanded by occupiers.

Outcome

Pre-let four units to National Timber Group, Toolstation, Travis Perkins and Screwfix.

Phase 1 completed in Q2 2022. Phase 2 will complete in Q2 2023 and comprises a further 12,000 sq ft.
