Description

Repositioning of the former Eagle Building on Glasgow’s Bothwell Street through extensive refurbishment. The building provides a range of highly specified suites combined with state-of-the-art tenant lounge, wellbeing facilities and strong ESG credentials. A raft of new tenants has been secured and it is home to Ryden's Glasgow office.

Outcome

Won the British Council of Offices (BCO) Award for Best Refurbished/Recycled Workplace in Scotland.

Two floors let to Diageo as their new Glasgow HQ. Other floors have been let to the Bank of England, Currie & Brown and Eaton.
