MSIP was established as a joint venture between Scottish Enterprise, Dundee City Council and Michelin after the closure of the former Michelin factory. The vision was to create a manufacturing and innovation centre offering clean energy supplies and business support with a focus upon sustainable mobility, low carbon energy and synergy between academia, industry and the public sector.

Provided valuations at various points for inclusion in Financial Statements and to inform decision making in respect of development, refurbishment and CAPEX.

Advised on business rates including rates mitigation strategies and rates reliefs.
