Description

Advised on the purchase of a B listed sandstone city centre office building with retail on the ground floor. Project managing the refurbishment into large flexible floorplates with extensive rooftop terrace areas and an ESG focused design to maximise environmental asset performance.

The completed development will provide 90,000 sq ft of quality workspaces over 6 levels, amenity facilities and three ground floor retail units.
