Conducted a market investigation into laboratory space across the full Glasgow city-region, in the context of anecdotal reports of a shortage of labs for growing and relocating companies. The investigation identified what is driving the growing need for labs and their specialised nature within the property market. It also probed latent/unmet demand and the importance of high quality market intelligence.

Outcome

Mapped lab locations and considered the very limited supply and recent demand.

Highlighted the need to plan ahead to meet lab market potential.
