Co-ordinated the entire planning process for the Bangour Village Hospital site including the environmental impact assessment, all consultations and the submission of a comprehensive masterplan application. The site offers residential conversion and redevelopment opportunities. It includes 1,000 new homes, a primary school and re-use of existing facilities.

Outcome

Planning permission in principle and Section 75 agreement for the development.

Planning approval for the first phase of development for 412 homes.
