Description

Delivery of valuations of c. 180 operational assets and around 750 non-operational properties for inclusion in year-end accounts. Both contracts were undertaken simultaneously and the projects were delivered ahead of schedule with regular client reporting. The portfolios included a number of specialist assets requiring a DRC approach including schools; sports facilities; swimming pools and libraries. They also encompassed offices, depots and administrative facilities.  The non-operational portfolio largely comprised investment assets which were predominantly industrial, office and retail in nature. The portfolio included strategic and development land.
