Description

Ryden identified the potential of a derelict office block in Tullos, Aberdeen as an opportunity for new development and advised West Coast Estates on the purchase. Aberdeen City Council subsequently granted planning permission for the site’s transformation into a drive-thru facility.

Outcome

The idea of a new drive-thru scheme on the derelict site was met with widespread backing from the local community.

Ryden project managed the demolition of the existing building and the erection of the new Costa Coffee store.
