Description

Valuation of 173 Council owned assets consisting of: offices; depots; community centres; schools; sports and leisure facilities; libraries and; a care home. 20% of the Council's portfolio is valued each year on a rolling 5-yearly program for inclusion in year-end accounts.

Collaboration to establish IT solutions to enable data-sharing in real-time and to migrate data onto a new platform, ensuring transparency.
