Description

Following planning permission secured by our team in 2020, Cats Protection acquired a vacant industrial unit in Glasgow’s south side to be refurbished into a cat rehoming centre. The refurbishment included an extensive fit out to provide 20 cat pens along with a reception and retail area, offices, food preparation, laundry, toilets and kitchen. There is also a meet & greet room and veterinary room.

Outcome

The refurbishment of the vacant industrial unit was completed within 5 months and on budget.

The wellbeing of the cats was the paramount focus of the bespoke design.
