Our building consultancy team completed façade and roof repairs to several central London hotels and on the basis of this experience were invited to investigate problems with water ingress which had put several rooms out of commission at the Cardiff Hilton Hotel.

We specified, tendered and managed the remedial works which included overcoating the single-ply roof, lining the perimeter parapet gutters and cleaning high level bullnose cladding.
