Planning process for the regeneration of a historic mill site and associated listed buildings into a new urban village in Aberdeen. The Category A listed site had been derelict for close to 15 years.

Outcome

The plan includes partial demolition and incorporation of sensitive elements.

The new urban village will incorporate 460 private rented sector flats and 430 student beds.
