Description

Instructed by NHS Forth Valley to dispose of the former Bellsdyke Hospital site in Larbert. Following a marketing campaign promoting the site of residential development the sale was concluded to a consortium comprising CALA and Persimmon on the basis of a joint venture agreement.

Outcome

The JV structure delivered guaranteed minimum price land sale through every phase.

The finished development will deliver over 1,700 new homes.
