Description

Secured planning permission for a £50m major logistics hub at Bellshill Industrial Estate. The speculative 245,000 sq ft development of five individual warehouse units of varying sizes is constructed on the site of the former Devro manufacturing facility. Ryden is also acting as the letting agent for the units which are 'all-electric' with an EPC rating of 'A+' and a BREEAM 'excellent rating'.
