Atria One is a Grade A office building in central Edinburgh where Edinburgh Lothian Pension Fund is a tenant. We have represented the tenant at the two most recent, five yearly, rent reviews. We also assisted them in identifying alternative accommodation, successfully relocated the organisation and have marketed their leasehold interest at The Atria.
