Description

ABZ Business Park is an established industrial location adjacent to Aberdeen Airport on a 70 acre site. Construction of a second phase of new development was completed in 2021 and comprised of six units of 2,500 sq ft. Despite lockdown conditions new lettings were secured to MM Aviation and Aviation Logistics.

Outcome

Phase 1 of the development attracted strong enough interest to give the developer confidence to begin Phase 2.

Ryden continues to provide proactive marketing of the development to work towards full occupancy.
