Description

Westcot urgently required new office space during covid-19 lockdown conditions to accommodate social distancing protocols and remain operational. We searched the Glasgow office market and secured 28,000 sq ft of high quality office space at 310 St Vincent Street. The deal was concluded within three months of the first inspection.

Outcome

Westcot's move to 310 St Vincent Street was the largest office letting deal in Glasgow city centre in 2020.

The lettng was concluded during lockdown conditions within the tight timescales required by our client.
