Represented Baillie Gifford in the pre-letting of 61,237 sq ft Grade A office development in Edinburgh's city centre. Undertook a complete market search and negotiated terms for the building which extends over ground floor entrance, seven upper floors and two terraces on floors five and six.

Designed by the award-winning Hoskins Architects, the building blends a modern sandstone and glass finish with an existing historic stone façade and sits on the south east corner of St Andrew Square. Ryden project and building consultancy undertook full construction due diligence and monitored the development through to practical completion.

Outcome

Monitored construction through to completion and project managed the operational fit out.

Continue to represent Baillie Gifford in the sub leasing of available space at 20 West Register Street.
